West Virginia Has Become A Main Battleground For Sports Betting—Forbes

Yet another week has come and gone without the U.S. Supreme Court providing a decision in a pending case that concerns the constitutionality of a twenty-five year federal prohibition on states offering sports wagering within their borders. There is a real possibility that the highest court in America publishes its opinion on April 2, the day of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Final, but as I have reported before, many states are not sitting around and waiting idly as the U.S. Supreme Court takes its time on releasing what will almost assuredly be decision that splits the justices.
